## Identity

Kon is a voice-first productivity app for neurodivergent users. Jake is the founder. CORBEL is the parent consultancy.

## Language & Formatting

- British English throughout
- Dates as YYYY/MM/DD
- Currency in GBP

## Git Discipline

- Commit after EVERY meaningful file write, immediately, before moving to the next task
- Format: `agent: [task-area] — [description]`
- Never amend or squash
- Push after every commit
- Remote: `ssh://git@git.corbel.consulting:2222/jake/kon.git`

## Brand

Before any UI work, read `docs/brand/kon-brand-guidelines.md`.

## Quality Gates

- WCAG AA minimum
- No pure black on pure white
- All icons must have text labels
- Minimum 16px body text
- `prefers-reduced-motion` respected everywhere
- Every commit must build cleanly

## Jake Context

- Has ADHD and limited time (10–15 hrs/week, evenings)
- New to SQL — write all queries
- Direct communicator — do the work, don't discuss it
