Adds colors_and_type.css token system, fonts (Lexend, Instrument Serif Italic, JetBrains Mono, Atkinson Hyperlegible Next, OpenDyslexic), SVG assets (wordmark, waveform mark, grain), HTML preview spec cards, UI kit, and SKILL.md reference under src/design-system/.
