Identity

Kon is a voice-first productivity app for neurodivergent users. Jake is the founder. CORBEL is the parent consultancy.

Language & Formatting

• British English throughout
• Dates as YYYY/MM/DD
• Currency in GBP

Git Discipline

• Commit after EVERY meaningful file write, immediately, before moving to the next task
• Format: agent: [task-area] — [description]
• Never amend or squash
• Push after every commit

Brand

Before any UI work, read docs/brand/kon-brand-guidelines.md.

Quality Gates

• WCAG AA minimum
• No pure black on pure white
• All icons must have text labels
• Minimum 16px body text
• prefers-reduced-motion respected everywhere
• Every commit must build cleanly

Jake Context

• Has ADHD and limited time (10–15 hrs/week, evenings)
• New to SQL — write all queries
• Direct communicator — do the work, don't discuss it
